Don Burch raced a `1973 DiMarco runner bottom with a 427 Ford FE engine. His racing years extended from 1972 to 1976. After he passed away in 2012, he left the boat to his daughter, Amy. She grew up with a wrench in one hand and race gas in her veins. The boat was brought back to race life with a makeover in 2025.
